In the MENA region, WhatsApp isn't just a messaging app — it's the primary way businesses and customers communicate. Yet most businesses were stuck using basic WhatsApp with no automation, no CRM, and no way to scale.
We founded Safqai (صفقة — Arabic for "deal") to change that. Our mission: give every business the tools to automate sales, support, and marketing across WhatsApp and every other channel — powered by AI that understands Arabic, Darija, French, and 30+ languages.
Today, Safqai helps hundreds of businesses across 50+ countries automate their customer conversations, run large-scale campaigns, and grow revenue — all from a single, beautiful platform.
